Guest Experience Design & Consulting
IDEO designs and enhances resort spaces such as kids’ clubs, recreation centers, entertainment zones, and exclusive clubs. Every detail is thoughtfully curated — from conceptualizing layouts to introducing adventure options — to elevate guest satisfaction.
We also offer audits and continuous improvement plans to ensure your spaces remain vibrant and dynamic. Services are available on a project basis or through monthly retainerships for ongoing innovation and support.
Exclusive Kids Club Programs
Our signature kids’ programs combine fun, learning, and creativity. Experiences like Hocus Pocus, Junior Scientist, Mini Master Chef, and Ocean Explorer engage children through hands-on activities such as magic workshops, science experiments, cooking challenges, and marine adventures.

Revenue-Sharing Partnerships
We collaborate with resorts to create exciting, revenue-generating experiences — such as Target Arenas, Arts & Crafts sections, Slime Labs, Carnival Games, and Skill Games.
These setups are installed at no upfront cost to the resort. Profits are shared through a transparent revenue-sharing model, allowing resorts to enhance guest engagement while unlocking new income streams — all managed and maintained by IDEO.
