Baba, Baby, Ball is a team-building activity where participants form groups of three, with two Babas and one Baby per group. The facilitator calls out instructions that cause team members to switch places: Baba – One Baba moves to a different team. Baby – All Babies switch teams. Ball – Entire teams are reshuffled.
